Welcome to the home of the VFA Toros youth tackle football organization, a part of the Pop Warner Football and Cheer Conference.

What is Pop Warner Football?

Pop Warner is a competitive football program. Our teams play approximately half of their games on our home field and half of their games against other Pop Warner teams in Northeast Florida. Teams compete against one another; records are kept, and the top teams have the opportunity to advance to the playoffs. All teams must abide by the Mandatory Play Requirements (MPR). Those requirements may be reviewed at the Pop Warner website.

Winter/Spring Flag 2026 NFL

Get ready for an exciting season of Village Toros Flag Football! Our league is built on teaching fundamentals, building teamwork, and having fun in a safe and supportive environment. Whether your child is brand new to the game or looking to grow their skills, this is the perfect place to compete.

Practice Schedule:

Practices will be held one night per week from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

The day of the week will be announced once teams are finalized.

Practices focus on skill development, game basics, and teamwork.

Game Day:

Games are played on Saturdays, starting January 17, 2026, and running through March.

Players will have the opportunity to put their skills into action while learning sportsmanship and having fun.

2026 Elite Toros Spring Tackle

Welcome to the 2026 Spring All-Star Toro Tackle Football Season with Elite Spring Football.

Our squads are open in the 8u,10u,11u, and 13u divisions for invite and tryouts only. Try out Date will be sent out soon.

Registration is based upon age grids, with the cutoff date being 7/1/25.

Registration is open from October 16,2025 until roster spots are filled.

Please keep in mind this is an All-Star team, not everyone will be selected for the team. Once you are selected for the team, playing time is earned and not guaranteed. There are no minimum play requirement in Elite Spring Football.

Registration deposit will be due at the time you receive your acceptance email from your coach. Players are not added to the team until your registration deposit is paid. If they are not paid, the roster spot will be filled. Fees will need to be paid promptly so we can order jerseys and other necessary equipment. Payment Plans are available.

There are limited available spots for each team. Spring is 8v8 so we usually do not have as many players per team as fall seasons.

2026 Fee includes all of the following items :

Full Uniform Rental (Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Game Pants, Practice Pants and Practice Jersey)

Personalized Game Jersey with Name & Number

You are responsible for cleats and tethered mouthpieces.

Helmet shields are optional

We hold practices three nights per week at Mill Creek Park Field, 6-8pm ( Mon, Tue, Wednesday) attendance is a requirement for the safety of all athletes.

Saturday Games start in February and run through early May depending on play offs.

During the season we will have a few fundraisers to help us provide the best equipment, and team items during the season.

Refund Policy: Refunds are possible prior to November 14, 2025. No refunds will be granted after November 14,2025 due to the organization having to incur expenses for your athlete (uniforms, equipment and league fees).
